purple politics Life today is more political than ever. Feminist and gender issues, the environmental crisis, the rise of racism and populism, the increase of surveillance and control, corruption, and the absurdity of war: Purple has always opened its pages to discussion, debate, and artists’ views on politics. The only good news in this chaos is that we have more awareness and access to information. But protests and street demonstrations are not enough. We need new ideas, solutions, and possibilities.
