Imagine the doorbell ringing and you only have ten seconds to dress up and look surprisingly stylish. Sarah Richardson came up with looks that blur the difference between being undressed and dressed up, combining underwear and sportswear, negligés and evening dresses, pyjamas and suits. Part of her look involves showing off what’s usually hidden: a real understatement.
