URS FISCHER — Um, it’s a good question. You just go with it. I’m a very impatient person. No, not impatient. I’m a restless person, you see? I think it’s actually my nature. But more and more I feel like a servant of my work. If that makes sense?

URS FISCHER — Being creative is like guiding versus forcing. There are things, and you just try to guide them, and they have their own way. Then it’s easier, you see.
