Ryan McGinley is best known for capturing moments of unabashed youthful nudity and abandonment. As is evident in his exhibition Somewhere Place at Galerie Gabriel Rolt in Amsterdam, McGinley’s œuvre continues to mature as his use of light and color comes of age.
