  From birth to THE AGE OF FOUR OLIVIER ZAHM — How did your parents meet? TERRY RICHARDSON — They met at the Copacabana nightclub in New York. My mom was in a Broadway production of Bye Bye Birdie with Dick Van Dyke, but she was also a chorus girl at the Copacabana, dancing a routine. They’d have a comedian, someone would sing, and then girls came out and danced. My dad was there one night with friends, saw her, and started talking to her.
