Everyone at Purple is shocked to learn that our talented friend, generous and amazing designer Alber Elbaz has passed.
We remember with a lot of nostalgia the joyful, colorful and glamorous fashion shows he created for YSL Rive Gauche and then Lanvin. We were enthusiastic about his exciting new AZ Factory.
We will miss everything about him: his sense of humor, his charm, his love for women and his passion for fashion which kept alive the dream of couture in a digital world. Alber lived for fashion until the end!
