The exhibition presents historic works by painter Jane Freilicher installed in conversation with works by contemporary artists Mira Dancy and Daniel Heidkamp. The show highlights common interests between these artists, including a spirit of improvisation, studio as subject and the reinvention and interaction with the New York cityscape.
On view until February 5th, 2017 at Derek Eller Gallery, 300 Broome St, New York.
