Braco Dimitrijevic’s new solo show with Sperone Westwater works with conceptual photographs and marble sculpture. On the third floor exhibition space, Dimitrijevic presents a series of images of animals confronting artwork. The results examine the contrast of wild versus tame the potential for compatability between two disparate ideas. Elsewhere, a marble slab placed on the floor of the gallery questions the value of space and placement. On view through October 27th 2012 at Sperone Westwater, 257 Bowery, New York.
