A visit to the Turner Contemporary by David Chipperfield Architects, Margate
J.M.W. Turner loved Margate for the sea and the skies. His “Studies of Skies” turn this world into an airy mirage. Land and sky unite in a vaporous cloud. Turner Contemporary is situated on a seafront, facing ever changing sky and the flat horizon. Blown away by views and the wind.
