A visit to Boris Buono’s Ibiza Food Studio – The Finca in Ibiza, Spain
A couple of years after opening the Ibiza Food Studio in Sa Penya – the former fishermen district in the old town – ex-Noma chef Boris Buono opened his newest food studio The Finca in the countryside near San Miquel. The Finca is home for Boris, his staff, and a dozen of tables for guests. Michelin star food with an island greeting.
